Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil. First stir in the cocoa powder (if you have pure cocoa, please add 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey), then stir in the oat flakes. Bring to the boil briefly. Let the oatmeal swell.
  2. In the meantime, clean the fruit and cut it into bite-sized pieces in a deep plate or bowl. Then pour the warm oatmeal on top and consume.
  3. Tip: Instead of oat flakes, you can also use multigrain flakes. Breakfast gives you a warm and full stomach, especially in winter, without weighing you down and keeps you full for a long time (my child likes breakfast, but often forgets to eat during the break).
