- Thoroughly mix the minced meat with onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic and mustard, season with paprika, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape small balls with wet hands and flatten them a little. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Fry the meatballs on both sides in a pan with hot oil over medium heat until they are crispy brown.
- To be enjoyed warm and cold.
- Makes about 45 meatballs.
