Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix the minced meat with onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic and mustard, season with paprika, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Shape small balls with wet hands and flatten them a little. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Fry the meatballs on both sides in a pan with hot oil over medium heat until they are crispy brown.
  4. To be enjoyed warm and cold.
  5. Makes about 45 meatballs.
