Salt and pepper the schnitzel and place in a baking dish. Spread pineapple rings or pieces from the tin on top, as well as mushrooms, as much as you want. Mix the cream, creme fraiche, the packet of cream sauce, pepper, salt and the pineapple juice from the can. According to the original recipe, you can also use soy sauce instead, but I`ve never tried that. Pour this sauce over the schnitzel and bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees.
French fries, potatoes, wedges, spaetzle or noodles etc. are very delicious. The sauce can be varied with more cream sauce, other mushrooms etc.
But in my opinion, it`s the most delicious after this recipe.
