Cut hot dog sausages into slices, wash the iceberg lettuce and tear into suitable pieces, drain or spin. Also cut the hot dog buns into cubes, cut about half of the cucumber from the jar into slices, cut tomatoes into wedges and cut in half.
Bread the schnitzel. After they have been pounded flat, they are seasoned a little with salt, pepper and paprika powder and turned in flour. They are then dipped into the beaten eggs, then into the breadcrumbs, and then straight into a hot, buttered pan. Place the fried schnitzel on a plate and cut into bite-sized strips. In the same pan, first toast the sausage slices and then the bread on both sides with sufficient fat.
When everything is ready, mix lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes in a large bowl. Spread the dressing made from oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper over the salad, depending on your taste. Only then add the cutlet pieces and sausage slices to the salad. Just before serving, mix the toasted bread with the whole salad.
