Instructions

  1. Wash the pork schnitzel under running water and pat dry. Then place in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and the clove of garlic and chop them into small cubes. Rub the mushrooms with paper towels and quarter them.
  2. Melt some butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic cubes in it. Add the mushrooms. Mix the cream with the sauce powder and add to the mushrooms and onions. Bring to the boil briefly, stir in the sour cream and a little thyme and pour the sauce over the schnitzel.
  3. Cook the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour.
  4. Potato noodles and a fresh salad go well with this.
