Instructions

  1. Divide the schnitzel into 2-3 pieces each, season with salt and pepper and place on a greased tray. Mix 2 packs of rösti with sour cream, creme fraiche and Gouda.
  2. Spread the mixture over the schnitzel and bake everything in a preheated oven at 200 - 225 degrees for about 60 minutes.
