Dice onions, chop parsley and knead both with minced meat (pork meat). Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Flatten the schnitzel a little. Shape the meat into rolls and roll into 1 schnitzel each. Cut the rolls into approx. 1 - 2 cm thick slices. Now place 3 - 4 slices crosswise on a skewer. Brush the meat with oil and grill for 8-10 minutes while turning.
