Ingredients

• 3 turkey schnitzel, pork or chicken)
• Clarified butter
• salt and pepper
• Flour
• 1 egg (s)
• Breadcrumbs, for breading
• 1 onion (s)

For the marinade:

• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon horseradish, (cream horseradish, from the tube)
• salt and pepper
• 4 tablespoon oil
• 125 ml water
• 1 iceberg lettuce, green lettuce or lettuce
• 1 cucumber (s)
• 5 tomato (s)

Instructions

1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and cut into strips, bread them and bake them in hot clarified butter. Clean / wash the vegetables and make a mixed salad. For the marinade, put everything in a jar and shake well. Pour the marinade over the mixed salad, place a few onion rings and the schnitzel strips on top and serve. The salad can be expanded as desired, e.g. with corn, red beans etc
