Instructions
For the dough, knead all the ingredients with the mixer.
Now shape 8 balls out of the dough with your hands and distribute them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk one egg and use it to brush the balls.
Bake at 175 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
