Fry the potato noodles in the pan until they are a little crispy. Cut the onions into thin, half rings and fry them with oil in an extra pan. Add the bacon to the onions and sauté briefly.
Mix the sour cream, cremefine, milk, salt, pepper, stock and nutmeg in a bowl. If you like it spicy, you can add some chilli.
Grease a baking dish. Put the potato noodles in the baking dish. Pour the onion and bacon mixture over it and spread a little. Spread the sour cream mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Baked at 180 degrees golden brown for 15 - 20 minutes in circulating air.
