- Peel and dice the onions. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, clean the paprika, cut into strips.
- 1 tablespoon. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown and take it out of the pan.
- Sauté onion cubes, paprika strips, chopped chilli peppers in the pan. Add tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Put the meat back in the pan and bring to the boil with the paprika pulp, cream and spices. I added a little granular broth.
- Fry the potato noodles with the remaining oil and serve with the sauce. Garnish with herbs if necessary.
