Instructions

  1. Process turkey breast into strips. Put in oil, salt, pepper, pressed garlic cloves, and a lot of curry or spice mixture. Preferably the day before.
  2. Fry the potato noodles in a pan according to the package instructions and place in a large baking dish.
  3. Chop the peppers. Fry the turkey breast in the pan and add the paprika.
  4. Add to the potato noodles in the baking dish and mix.
  5. Mix coconut milk with crème fraîche and eggs in a small bowl and season with salt, lots of pepper and more curry or Indian seasoning mixture. Pour the sauce over the mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  6. Baked in the oven over high heat until golden brown.
  7. Upper and lower heat approx. 230 degrees, approx. 30 minutes depending on the oven.
