Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and carrots. Cut the apples into small pieces and grate the carrots. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Squeeze the lemon until the juice comes out.
  2. Fry the potato noodles in the pan in butter until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Heat half of the Red Bull in the pan, add the apples with the sugar. Let it soften while stirring constantly. Stir in the grated carrots with the banana. Bring to the boil while stirring with the orange juice and a little lemon juice as well as the rest of the Red Bull.
  4. Season with sugar and lemon juice, mix in the potato noodles and serve.
