Chop the onions and sauté them in a large pan with a little olive oil. In the meantime, press the sausage out of the sausages and shape into small balls. Add to the onions and sauté. Slice the mushrooms and add to the dumplings. When everything has turned color, deglaze with cremefine and season with salt and pepper. Heat the potato noodles in it. Sprinkle with fresh herbs at the end. Frozen herbs or fresh flat-leaf parsley can be used for this.
Instead of the potato noodles, spaetzle or rice can also serve as a side dish.
