Whisk eggs, mix with cream and milk and season with a little salt and pepper.
Wash and chop broccoli, chop the onion as well. Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan. Sauté the onion and diced ham, add the broccoli and potato noodles and fry briefly. Add the egg mixture and mix everything well.
Put the pan in the oven and bake the frittata at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes. Season again as desired.
