Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into thin half rings and sauté them in clarified butter in a pan until they are soft.
  2. In another pan, fry the potato noodles with rosemary in clarified butter until crispy. Add the diced ham and onions. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. There is also the grated Gouda at the table. An asparagus salad also goes well with it.
