• 4 scoops ice cream, chocolate
• 2 cup milk, ice-cold
• 2 cup / s coffee, ice-cold
• 8 cl Baileys Irish Cream
• 8 cl syrup (chocolate syrup)
• 100 g cream, whipped until stiff
• Grated chocolate

Instructions

1. Divide the chocolate ice cream between 4 tall dessert glasses. Mix the milk, coffee, Baileys and chocolate syrup and spread over the ice cream. Spread the whipped cream over it and sprinkle with the rasps.
