Place the frozen raspberries in an oblong baking dish. Cut the peaches into small pieces and distribute evenly over them. Mix the yogurt with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold carefully into the yogurt. Pour the mixture over the fruit and sprinkle with the brown sugar. The Scottish dream should (doesn`t have to, but tastes better) last about 2 hours.
