Cook the pasta or potatoes in pieces as usual. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic and cut the poree into slices. Fry the minced meat well in oil, add onions and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add the pore and stock, cook for 10 minutes. Add the crème fraiche, stir well, add tomato paste if you like, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally fold in the pasta or potatoes.
