Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Place the asparagus in a microwave steamer and brush with butter. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Steam in the microwave at 600 watts for 15 minutes.
  2. Dice the onion. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and chives. Heat a pan with butter and sweat the onion cubes in it. Cut the steamed asparagus into small pieces, add and fry. Whisk the eggs, pour over them and push them together again and again while they stand to fry to the scrambled eggs.
  3. Arrange and serve.
