Cut the tomato and radish into slices. Peel and roughly grate the carrot
Whisk eggs with milk and parsley, season with salt and pepper and fry as scrambled eggs.
Briefly warm the wraps in the microwave and brush with tartar sauce. Cover with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, carrots and radishes and season with salt and pepper. Spread the scrambled eggs on the wraps and add some tartar sauce on top.
Roll up, wrap in aluminum foil and enjoy while still lukewarm.
