Melt the margarine in the wok. Cut the sausage into slices and fry briefly in it. Cut the onion into large cubes and add. Stir everything. Core the pepper, cut into strips and add. Stir everything again. Wash tomatoes, cut into small pieces, add. Peel the garlic cloves, press and add. Stir everything. Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper and let it stew a little. Add the eggs, add a little salt if necessary and let the egg set by stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
Tastes best with spicy black bread, e.g. caraway bread.
