Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Put one tablespoon of truffle oil in a pan and glaze the onion rings with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk the 5 eggs in a bowl and season to taste.
  3. Take the onions out of the pan and keep warm, then add the eggs and fry until they are juicy scrambled eggs.
  4. Arrange the lettuce leaves on plates, place the scrambled eggs on top and cover with the glazed onions.
