Quarter the tomatoes and remove / cut out the seeds. Cut the feta into cubes.
Finely chop the herbs. Beat the eggs and whisk well with a fork in a bowl, season with a little salt and pepper if necessary.
Heat a pan with a little vegetable fat on medium heat, add the egg mixture and let it bubble briefly. Then pull the mixture apart to make the scrambled eggs. Turn down the temperature a little. Only add the feta when the scrambled eggs are almost ready. Mix in the feta just lightly so that it doesn`t completely disintegrate.
When the scrambled eggs are ready, add the tomato pieces and briefly fold in slightly, just so that they take on heat.
