Beat the eggs in a pan with hot butter. Mix in the pan and fry. Keep mixing the eggs while frying, flattening them every now and then.
After a while, season the eggs with sugar, paprika, pepper and salt. Then push the scrambled eggs aside and fry the ham or bacon briefly. Then mix the two together.
In the meantime, toast toast and egg waffles and brush with butter (best when the waffle and toast are still hot, so that the butter flows nicely).
Place toast slices or waffles on a plate, serve with scrambled eggs and the ham or bacon and serve immediately.
