- Wash the leeks and peppers, remove the stem, seeds and white inner walls from the peppers. Cut the leek, bell pepper and ham into small cubes.
- Heat the frying fat in the pan, add the chopped vegetables, ham and sunflower seeds to the pan and fry.
- In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the milk, season with Maggi and salt.
- When everything in the pan has reached the desired degree of browning, add the egg mixture and let it set while stirring.
- Arrange on the plate and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
