Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the minced meat and onions in it and season with salt, paprika and pepper. In the meantime, whisk the egg and add to the minced meat towards the end of the cooking time and let it set over low heat with the lid on.
  2. At the end, add a little fresh chives if necessary. If you want, you can also chop up a few tomatoes.
  3. It goes well with fresh baguette or flatbread.
