Instructions

  1. Beat the egg with a whisk, add milk and water, season with salt and pepper.
  2. The onions, cut into small pieces, put in a pan with a little oil, fry briefly and finally add all the other ingredients except for the mozzarella, which is added at the end.
  3. Let the mozzarella melt briefly, then refine with a little chives and you`re done.
  4. We usually eat bread and butter with it.
