- First, fry the garlic in a little olive oil in a pan, but don`t let it get too dark. Then set the garlic aside.
- In the same pan, fry the mushrooms and lightly salt.
- Add the garlic and then the eggs, whisked with a little milk.
- Mix with a spatula or spoon so that the scrambled eggs are loose but not too dry. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with a baguette.
