Instructions

  1. First, fry the garlic in a little olive oil in a pan, but don`t let it get too dark. Then set the garlic aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms and lightly salt.
  3. Add the garlic and then the eggs, whisked with a little milk.
  4. Mix with a spatula or spoon so that the scrambled eggs are loose but not too dry. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with a baguette.
