Whisk all eggs together with sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a bowl with a fork. Melt or heat the fat in a pan.
Put the egg mixture in the pan and fry on a high temperature (level 8 - 9, on a nine-level stove). When it is barely liquid, reduce the heat to medium temperature (level 4 - 6).
Fry until it is nice and golden brown (the cinnamon sugar makes it a little darker than normal scrambled eggs).
Tip: Tastes delicious on black bread, but brush with a little margarine or butter beforehand.
