Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg well in a cup with the milk. Cut the spring onion into fine rolls.
  2. Heat a little butter in a small pan and put in the salami slices and fry them briefly. Now pour the egg mixture over it, spread the spring onion rolls and let the egg set over a medium temperature. If you like, you can turn the egg briefly and turn it back again, this is a little faster until it`s ready. Just before finishing, season with salt and paprika.
  3. A tasty, hearty farmer`s bread goes well with it.
