Instructions

  1. Whip the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, mix in the dill and crabs.
  2. Leave the herb butter in the pan, add the egg and crab mixture and let it set slowly over medium heat. The scrambled eggs are ready when the egg is no longer slimy, but there is still significant residual moisture.
  3. Serve immediately on the black bread slices and decorate with dill.
