Whisk the eggs, milk and salt together well, mix in the smoked salmon, cut into small pieces, and the dill.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and add the egg and salmon mixture, place the goat cream cheese on top in small pieces. Bring to a standstill while stirring gently. Season with pepper from the mill and serve on preheated plates.
Note: Be careful when salting, the smoked salmon gives off salt when heated.
