Dry the tofu with a kitchen towel and crumble it with a fork. Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the spring onion into slices.
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu all over until crispy. Mix in the kala namak and turmeric powder. Add the spring onions and tomato pieces and fry for 3 minutes. Deglaze everything with the soy sauce and serve the dish immediately.
