Instructions

  1. Process the sweet potato into french fries and mix in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper. Swing it through well once. Pour 1 tablespoon of starch over the potatoes and think through. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Quarter the mushrooms. Dice the peppers. Slice the spring onions and set aside the green part as a garnish. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Crumble the tofu with a fork.
  3. Heat some oil in a large pan. Add the tofu and fry all over until it starts to turn brown. Mix the spices with a little water and pour over the tofu. Stir well once. Add the remaining vegetables and fry until the vegetables are cooked through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally add the green part of the spring onions.
