Instructions

  1. Whisk egg and egg white and season with salt, pepper and basil. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the tomato, remove the stone and also dice.
  2. Fry the tomato and onion in the oil over medium heat until the onions are translucent. Add the egg and let it set for a moment. Then chop it apart with the spatula and turn until it is completely thickened.
