Instructions

  1. Either brass screws (T20) or toothpicks are required.
  2. Cut the chicken minute steaks diagonally, so make thin roulades out of them (works best with a flat, sharp knife and the flat of your hand on top). It takes some practice! But the rest is easy.
  3. Cut or slice the parmesan in thin slices.
  4. Lay the thin chicken slices flat and place one slice each of bacon and parmesan on top. Roll up, it should be at least 2 turns so that the whole thing holds when frying!
  5. Then screw in a screw approx. Every 3 cm or optionally push a toothpick through it. Cut the roll in the middle between the toothpicks or screws. Season the pieces and fry them in butter on both sides in the pan until the meat is cooked through.
  6. The rolls go well with all kinds of pasta, I also like to make them with fried potato noodles with spinach sauce!
  7. It`s a bit of a hassle, but worth it! The small bites are incredibly juicy and just taste good. They also look appetizing! Variations of all kinds work great too!
  8. I hope you enjoy my first recipe!
