Put in a greased frying pan. Cover with a lid and simmer until all the water has boiled away (to speed up the process, the released water can be periodically drained). As soon as the water has boiled away, add a little oil to prevent the seafood from burning.
Pour in the cream, simmer seafood in cream for 4-5 minutes.
Add the processed cheese, mix well so that the cheese is completely melted, and forms a sauce along with the cream. Cover and simmer the seafood in a creamy sauce until tender, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the stove, mix again, and serve seafood in a creamy sauce to the table.
For garnish with seafood in a creamy sauce, wild rice or pasta goes well.
