Season the mince with salt and pepper and garam masala. Peel and finely dice an onion and garlic.
Heat a pan and fry the minced meat until crispy, then add onion and garlic. Drain through a sieve after roasting.
Halve the avocado, remove the core and cut into it. Then put the pulp in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes and the other onion and add to the bowl with the avocado. Halve the melon, remove the core and dice. Pour into the bowl and stir in the salsa. Stir in a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into strips, grate the cheddar cheese.
Put some mince, cheese, lettuce and salsa in each tortilla. Finally, season with a little salt and pepper.
