Instructions

  1. Whip the cream almost stiff without any additional sweetness (the meringues are already sweet enough). Roughly crumble half of the meringues in a glass bowl. Spread half of the frozen raspberries on top and drizzle with half of the alcohol. Then spread half of the whipped cream over it. The remaining half of the ingredients are also layered: meringue, raspberries, alcohol, cream.
  2. Now the whole thing has to go through in the refrigerator for two hours. Thaw the raspberries slowly in the refrigerator. The raspberry juice and alcohol soak the meringue, while the cream absorbs the cold and freezes easily.
  3. The whole thing is reminiscent of a sweet fruity semi-frozen and is absolutely addictive.
