Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Put on a low flame. semolina

Then turn out onto a flat plate. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut, cut open like a cake.
This dessert can also be made with ripe fruit (e.g. very suitable peaches, apricots or bananas) instead of nuts. Then don`t use cinnamon.
