Drain the peaches and collect the juice. Dice 3 peach halves, set aside. Bring the milk to the boil, remove from the stove, add the custard cream powder all at once while stirring. Continue stirring vigorously for 1 minute, do not put on the stove again.
Let the pudding cool down a little. First stir in the quark, then the plum jam. Puree the rest of the peaches, some peach juice and vanilla sugar. Divide the peach puree between 4 dessert glasses. Spread the semolina cream on top and decorate.
