Instructions

  1. First mix the egg, nutmeg, chives and dill in a cup with a fork. Set this aside with the weighed semolina. Then bring the milk to the boil with butter and salt. Remove the saucepan from the stove and quickly stir in the semolina. Please note that there are no lumps. Then add the egg mixture and stir everything until smooth. Set aside to cool and soak.
  2. Clean and chop the soup vegetables. Bring to the boil with the water and the granulated broth in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes. In the meantime, form small dumplings out of the semolina with your hands moistened with cold.
  3. When the soup has boiled for 15 minutes, add the noodles and cook until the noodles are cooked through. At the very end, insert the semolina dumplings, after 30 seconds of boiling take the pan off the stove and cover the dumplings and let them stand. When they`re done, swim upstairs.
  4. Season the soup to taste and serve.
