Instructions

  1. Beat the soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add eggs. Mix the flour, semolina and baking powder separately. Stir into the egg and butter mixture together with the natural yoghurt. Drain the sour cherries well on a sieve, then fold them into the mixture as well. Pour the batter into the 12 greased hollows of a muffin tin.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 160 ° C) for about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins, let them cool down briefly and remove them from the mold.
  3. Mix egg white and powdered sugar until smooth. Brush the muffins evenly and very thickly with it. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Finally decorate with gummy bears.
