- Mix the cold milk with the semolina, sugar and salt and cook. Then take it off the stove and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the semolina into 2 large glasses while still warm. After a short cooling time, decorate the semolina with tangerines.
- In the meantime, cook the icing with the mandarin juice according to the instructions. Let cool for 2 minutes and pour over the mandarins.
- Let cool down and place in the fridge if you like.
- Tip:
- I used my simmer pot (water bath cooker) for this. There is no burning or boiling over, just perfect for dairy dishes, etc.
