Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla pudding powder, sugar and semolina in a saucepan. Add a few tablespoons of milk and stir until the powder has dissolved and is free of lumps. Add the rest of the milk and bring to the boil.
  2. As soon as the pulp thickens, it is important to stir continuously so that nothing burns and does not form lumps. If bubbles rise, the semolina is ready and can be removed from the stove. Either you enjoy it hot or cold by letting it cool down or by putting it in the fridge for a while.
  3. For the berry sauce, heat the frozen berries in a small saucepan. Add sugar to taste. If you want, you can add a dash of water to make the sauce more liquid.
