Instructions

  1. Mix the milk with the cream and sugar, bring to the boil and stir in the semolina. Turn down the heat a little and let the semolina simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Rinse six portion molds with cold water and fill in the semolina. Put in the fridge and let it set. Turn out and serve with fruit or a vanilla sauce if necessary.
