Pour semolina into the almost boiling milk until the desired degree of firmness is achieved. Sugar according to taste (3 tablespoon will not make the porridge too sweet).
Then roll out the puff pastry and spread it evenly with the porridge. You can roll the whole thing up as you like, whereby a cut through the middle and thus 2 rolls have proven to be useful.
Now bake for approx. 30 - 45 minutes in the slightly preheated oven at 200 ° C (pay attention to the browning, use the residual heat of the oven). Dust the finished strudel with cinnamon and / or powdered sugar.
