Instructions

  1. Mix the grainy cream cheese, 3 eggs, salt, mineral water, oil and 3/4 of the sour cream (leave 1 tablespoon for brushing) together well with the whisk.
  2. Cover a greased baking dish with 1 sheet of pastry and drizzle with a little oil. Then take a sheet of pastry, just crumple it in the bowl with the cheese mixture so that it soaks up the mixture and crumples it into the baking dish! Continue like this with all leaves, but leave 1 leaf to cover. The leaves are now crumpled, juxtaposed balls soaked in cheese. Now lay the last leaf flat on top and use a fork to pierce air holes all over the place. Mix the fourth egg with the remaining sour cream and brush the surface with it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with natural yoghurt or fresh milk!
