Instructions

  1. Cut the pepper, tomato and onion into small cubes or strips and set aside.
  2. Then the sauce is mixed with the whisk with the following ingredients: 100 g tomato paste, chilli, paprika, curry, pepper, salt, oregano, marjoram, cornstarch, broth, parsley, mustard, milk, oil and a splash of Maggi.
  3. Sear the minced meat and add the onion, tomato, bell pepper and frozen vegetables and fry briefly, then add the rice, turn briefly and then deglaze with the previously mixed sauce. Now let the whole thing soak for about 15-25 minutes, depending on the type of rice. The smoked bacon cubes are added for the last 5 minutes.
  4. A super quick and delicious dish is ready. We usually eat cucumber or tomato salad with it.
